Prolotherapy is not effective for herniated disks, spinal stenosis, Carpel & Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome & Morten’s Neuroma. Only in certain circumstances is it effective for labral tears and meniscus tears. Usually I review the results of the MRI in order to make that determination. I do not treat TMJ although it can be effective, but it’s not my specialty. In addition

I do not treat the joints within the spinal column itself – known as the facet joints. But I can treat generalized spine pain due to instability of the interspinous ligaments. I also do not treat peripheral nerve pain.
